a collection of poems by Martin Frese and Eva Sharrer

Neighbors Eva Scharrer and Martin Frese created a special collaboration for Die Balkone in the balcony of a third neighbor, Tina Loeffelbein. Writer and curator Scharrer edited a personal pandemic poetry selection, collecting what she had been reading during her first quarantine days. Each visitor picking her or his poem got a special printed edition prepared on spot by Frese with various stamps. Frese and Scharrer also stood together against gentrification issues on their block. Their neighborly collaboration was a natural outcome of the civic and the artistic.
